Hello

My name is Emilio Abalos, a Web Designer from the Philippines. I've spent more than 12 years combined working and learning all about web design, user experience, and development.

As you can probably tell, I'm all about simple, clean, and minimalist designs.

My Story

My hobbies are mountain biking, watching movies, playing video games, and listening to audiobooks. My father was only a car mechanic back then so he can’t financially support us especially when at that time, my big sister is about to go to college, and our youngest sister just got born. So I decided to transfer to another high school in Dasmarinas so that my uncle can financially support me through my college in exchange I need to be with our grama so that she will have some company with her.

I got my bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the National College of Science and Technology. I know that my course is for programming, I never really got the hang of it. In my 3rd year in college, I discovered that I have a knack for creativity in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash animations. My instructor told me that “you’ll be fine as it is even if you think you’re in the wrong course as long as you stick to your core skills”. So I did exactly that.
